RMA Services

Navigateworx is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) service aims to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 2-year warranty on our products, starting from the date of shipment. If you encounter any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, kindly contact our sales representative directly. Please note that our RMA conditions do not cover damages caused by water immersion, lightning, salt erosion, or similar incidents. Such damages are considered "Out of Warranty."

Returning Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

1.If you're experiencing issues and aren't sure why, please contact our Technical Support at support@navigateworx.com for initial troubleshooting. They will assess the issue and determine if it can be resolved with a remote firmware upgrade.

2.If the issue can be fixed remotely, we will proceed with the upgrade. If not, and the routers are still under warranty, we will request that you return them for repair. Please fill out the RMA form and send it back to our support team to receive an RMA number for further processing.

3.For Global Distributors, Partners, and System Integrators, the sender will cover one-way shipping costs, and NavigateWorx will cover the other leg of the freight charge.
